Brett Puckrin has been a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 1993, and obtained accreditation through distant learning programs from the University of British Columbia Real Estate Division and St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia. This enabled him to continue a very successful real estate sales/appraisal career in south Central Ontario for the past 15 years. Brett focuses his career on real estate sales and appraisal/consulting services equally, which gives his clients the necessary research and depth of knowledge required in today’s marketplace.
Brett has been an active member of the Durham Region Association of Realtors, since 1992, serving as a director for 5 years and as their President in 2001. In 1998, Brett was the recipient of an Ontario Real Estate Association Education Merit Award for the advancement of Real Estate Education in the Province of Ontario. Brett continues to serve members as the Chair of the Political Action Committee, informing all levels of government of real estate industry related issues.
Since 1999, Brett has worked for Durham Appraisal Services Inc. under the auspices of President Don Smith AACI, P.App, FRI, CMR performing a wide range of real estate appraisal and consulting services throughout south Central Ontario.
In 2007, Brett Puckrin, AACI, P.App acquired Durham Appraisal Services Inc. with Don Smith AACI, P.App, FRI, CMR being retained as a senior appraiser/consultant.
