Cindy Morey is a Candidate Member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.  She is currently enrolled in the Appraisal Institute of Canada Education Program and has completed numerous courses towards obtaining her CRA and AACI designations.  Cindy holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering Degree from Kettering University and has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing sector where she gained experience in industrial construction projects.

As a Staff Appraiser, Cindy has access to the most current real estate market information, including MLS, land registry and assessment data.  Having lived and worked in Durham Region all of her life, Cindy has an excellent knowledge of the real estate markets in the immediate trading area.
