Puckrin & Company Inc. Real Estate Appraisal and Consulting Services and Durham Appraisal Services merged, effective January 1, 2007. Mr. Don Smith, AACI, P.App, CMR, FRI, President of Durham Appraisal Services Inc., has assumed the role of Senior Appraiser/Consultant with the new firm Puckrin & Company Inc., with Mr. Brett Puckrin, AACI, P.App as President. The company has been involved in the professional practice of appraisal, valuation and consulting work since 1984 and offers a comprehensive range of residential and commercial real estate services.
