Micheline is our Office Manager and has a strong background in the residential appraisal field. She was a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada for 8 years while employed by Durham Appraisal Services and also worked for an Oshawa-based real estate firm for 5 years, 3 years as a secretary and 2 years as an appraiser. For the past 3 years, she has worked part-time for Durham Appraisal Services in the capacity of office assistant.
Previous to working in the appraisal field, she was a bilingual administrative assistant with a non-profit organization for 5 years. Her extensive knowledge in the appraisal field provides the staff appraisers with strong administrative support involving research work and related functions and helps maintain proper liaison between our clientele and our appraisers on a daily basis.
