Shanna Muise is a Candidate Member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. She is currently enrolled in the University of British Columbia’s Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation Program, and has completed numerous courses towards obtaining her AACI designation. Shanna obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours in Marketing Management from the University of Guelph.

Shanna has access to the most current real estate market information, including MLS, land registry and assessment data. Having lived in central Ontario for many years, Shanna has an excellent working knowledge of the real estate markets in the immediate trading areas.
