Wendy Evelyn is a residential appraisal specialist with almost 30 years of experience in the banking industry. For 12 of those years, she was an in-house appraiser and supervisor with TD Canada Trust. Her association memberships include the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2001 and the Durham Region Real Estate Board plus the Ontario and Canadian Real Estate Associations since 2005. She has also served on the board of the Oshawa-Durham Chapter of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2005. As a registered real estate salesperson, Wendy has access to the most current real estate market information, including MLS, land registry and assessment data. Having lived and worked in Durham Region for many years, Wendy has an excellent working knowledge of the real estate markets in the area.
